The Delta State Taskforce on Human Trafficking and Irregular Migration has appealed to faith-based organizations to work with the Delta State Government to curb trafficking and irregular migration.
The appeal was made by Peter Mrakpor, Chairman of the Taskforce & State Attorney-General, when he led members of the Taskforce to St. Peter’s Christ Army Church of Nigeria, Ika South LGA to sensitize worshippers on the dangers of human trafficking.
The Senior Special Assistant to the Delta State Dr. Genevieve Mordi who is a member of the Taskforce accompanied the Peter Mrakpor, Chairman of the Taskforce & State Attorney-General .
