Chief Scott Udu showers encomiums on His Excellency Sen. Dr. Ifeanyi A. Okowa for entrusting Chief Barr. Ak Osawota with the position of a Special Adviser to Delta State Government.
While showering praise to Gov. Okowa he expressed confidence on Chief. Barr Osawota to fulfill his task as a Special Adviser to Delta State Government making references to his days as DESOPADEC SECRETARY/MD, says Osawota did exceedingly well.
He thanked Gov. Okowa for his proactive measures against Covid-19 pandemic, he prayed that God should grant Chief Barr. Osawota wisdom, guidance, good health and long life to fulfill his new task.
