Dr. Genevieve Mordi, the Senior Special Assistant on International Affairs and Special Duties to Delta State Governor has congratulated the Delta State Governor Sen Ifeanyi Okowa and Deputy Governor Barr Kingsley Otuaro on their 5th anniversary.

"I am happy to congratulate his Excellency, Sen Ifeanyi Okowa and Barr Kingsley Otuaro on their 5th anniversary as Governor and Deputy Governor
Governor Okowa over the years has been a man of his word, he is a miracle worker and has done well for the state.
The only state that we are competing with is Lagos. He has paid salaries till date. He is forward-looking and hard-working. I am proud of him." She said.
