The Born philanthropist and Chairmanship Aspirant for Ughelli North Council Chief (Amb) Scott Udu has felicitated with all children in Delta State and Nigeria at Large.
In his felicitation message to Children in our dear Delta State and Country Nigeria, Chief Scott Udu calls for urgent attention to be given to all children.
Children's day celebration in Nigeria, is celebrated on 27th May, annually. Children are said to be gifts from God. It doesn't matter the sex and physical state or condition of the child. These are the future of many generations.
So attention must be paid to their spiritual, physical, emotional, educational and social wellbeing. In light of this, parents must create time to develop their children and stop child discrimination in the home, Child abuse and modern child slavery.
As parents we must learn to listen to the wants of our children and never relent to caution them against bad characters, we must train them in the right direction in order for them to grow up and be a blessing to the society.
Chief (Amb) Scott Udu made a passionate call to the Government to develop and invest massively on institutions that will cater for the physical challenge children in our society, while complimenting His Excellency Sen. Dr. Ifeanyi A. Okowa for his giant strides towards upgrading primary and secondary school and granting free education to all primary and secondary pupils/students within the State, he urge parents to make use of this opportunity.
