I am impressed with the very comprehensive and pragmatic efforts of His Excellency, Governor Ifeanyi Okowa to ensure that all necessities and requirements are put in place to address the outbreak and contain the spread of Coronavirus in the State.
The distributed food stuffs as palliatives for ordinary Deltans has shown that the governor is not just a listening governor but also a governor with empathy, who understands and can relate with the feelings and plight of the people.
