A Federal High Court in Benin City, Edo State has ordered the All Progressives Congress (APC) to stop the planned primary election in Edo State ahead of the September governorship election.
In a judgement on Monday, the court restrained the ruling APC and its National Chairman, Adams Oshiomhole, from conducting the election pending the determination of the suit on June 11, 2020.
