The Executive Assitant to Okowa and former commissioner representing Ndokwa nation in DESOPADEC, Hon. Nnamdi Ezechi commend His Execellency, Governor Ifeanyi Okowa for conceiving the idea of building modular refinery in Okpai in Ndokwa East local government area of Delta State.
His Excellency has shown that he is God's sent and prepared to make Delta better and stronger.
In his reactions, his Excellency has demonstrated love to Ndokwa nation by bringing the industrial park to Kwale and building modular refinery in Okpai Community.
Having modular refinery will reduce youths restiveness and criminal activities in the state because is going to create jobs for our teaming Youths.
In his reactions, no nation or Government thrive without engaging the Youths in meaningful ventures because they are the furture leaders and that is the only way development can be achieved.
He said all hands must be on deck in achieving this great and laudable project of the state government to build Delta refinery.
Hon. Ezechi thanked the good people of Ndokwa nation particularly Okpai Community for maintaining peace tranquility in the region.
