The Executive Chairman of Sapele Local Government Area, Hon.(Chief) Eugene Inoaghan, has commiserated with the family of Hon. Joyce Overah, commissioner representing Sapele and Ethiope West Local Government Areas, in the board of DESOPADEC.
In a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Tagbarha Malcolm, in Sapele on Tuesday, 9th of June, 2020, the Chairman condoled with family, friends and associates of Hon. Joyce Overah, whom he described as one of Sapele's finest politicians.
Inoaghan said that Overah's loyalty to the People's Democratic Party, (PDP), would continue to resonate in the way he mobilised for the success of the party, at different elections, in the Local Government Area.
According to him, the former Legislator and Commissioner, would always be remembered for his exceptionally calm disposition and excellent ways in communicating wisdom in simple ways.
He further noted that Sapele residents, most especially the political class will greatly miss him.
He prayed that the Almighty God would grant the soul of the departed eternal rest, and comfort his family.
