The Senior Special Assistant to the Delta state Governor On Peace Building and Intelligence Gathering, General Augustine Usinefe Ogedegbe has described the Delta State Governor Sen Ifeanyi Okowa Administration as peaceful to Deltans
Ogedegbe in Abraka, Ethiope East noted that the peace currently being enjoyed in Delta State is as a result of the Governor Okowa's Achievements.
" The administration of Governor Ifeanyi Okowa in the past years has been peaceful to Deltans.
The Governor achievements are worthy of celebration looking at the peace currently being enjoyed in the State.
There is a Drastic reduction in cases of inter community/ ethnic crisis, pipe vandalism, and the upgrade of education in the state.
The sustainability of peace in Delta State by Governor Ifeanyi Okowa is as a result of his numerous achievements.
Looking at the Governor Okowa job creation scheme which is the Skills Training and Entrepreneurship Programme (STEP); Youth Agricultural Entrepreneurs Programme (YAGEP); Graduate Employment Enhancement Programme (GEEP); and skills acquisition and empowerment programme for Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) for training youths in technical and business skills of their choice vocations and providing them with starter packs to establish their own businesses
Thousands of our youth's being engaged by the Okowa's administration contributed to the peace in Delta State including Infrastructural development , security and sports development are all part of the peace we are enjoying .
The partnership between Governor Ifeanyi Okowa and The good people of Delta State are worthy of appreciations " he said .
