SCOTT UDU PROMISES TO INITIATES EMPOWERMENT PROGRAMMES FOR UGHELLI NORTHERNERS.

Ahead of the council elections in Delta State, a PDP Chieftain Chief. Amb. Scott Udu has promised to initiates empowerment programmes for citizens of Ughelli North Local Government Area if supported and elected to become the next council chairman.

Chief. Udu Omo Scott in his press statement at Ughelli, stated that it's a thing of sadness that PDP didn't win the previous General Election in Ughelli North Local Government Area despite the giant strides of Gov. Okowa in the Local Government Area.

He said that if supported as the next council chairman he will initiates empowerment programmes aimed in consolidating on Gov. Okowa vision to actualise the Stronger Delta Agenda. That the under his leadership he will be accessible to the people and attend to their request aimed in creating an accessible leadership  (Bringing the council to the people) he stated
