The five man appeal panel of the Federal Court of Appeal. Abuja with one of them absent has just upholds the Electoral Tribunal Judgment, declaring His Excellency, Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa, Governor of Delta State as the winner of the 2019 Governorship Election in Delta State.
