*Osanebi rejoice with Governor Okowa on his victory at the Appeal Court*
-Says it’s a ‘good Friday’
The member representing Ndokwa East State Constituency in the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Friday Ossai Osanebi has congratulated Governor Ifeanyi Okowa on his victory at the Court of Appeal today, describing the verdict of the appellate court well-deserved and motivating.
The Appeal Court verdict, this morning in Abuja, delivered, upheld the decision of the lower court and jettisoned Ogboru and All People’s Congress ( APC) petition for lack of merit.
Responding to news men today on phone, Osanebi said: “I heartily rejoice with my leader, and the people’s Governor, Sen. Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, on this well-deserved verdict of the Appeal Court today, 15/11/19, which is a resounding confirmation and affirmation of the choice of Deltans on the March 9th Governorship election, for a second term as Governor .”
He said: “The Appeal Court has finally stamped and confirmed our only choice that Governor Okowa remains the preferred leader at this time, to deliver a stronger Delta State, its indeed a very good friday for all of Deltan”.
Osanebi saluted the court for quickly, without much ado, declared the expectations of deltans, noting: “It is refreshing that we have reached this point and I am confident that the court of appeal decision today would help to consolidate Governor Okowa’s resolve for a stronger Delta State .”
“On behalf of the ever supportive and peace loving people of Ndokwa East State Constituency, I rejoice with master, the Project Master, His Excellency, Sen. Dr. Arthor Okowa, our great party, the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), on this landmark victory ! Congratulations, Ekwueme”, Osanebi added with palpable enthusiasm.
