****Says Victory Is From God****
The Honourable Commissioner for Works, Delta State, Chief James Augoye has Congratulated the Executive Governor of Delta State, His Excellency, Sen. Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa, on his reaffirmed victory as dully elected Governor of Delta State, by Appeal Court, Abuja.
The Honourable Commissioner, in his congratulatory message, describe the victory as a victory ordained by God for actualization of 'A Stronger Delta' under the leadership of our SMART Governor.
The Honourable Commissioner, thanked PDP family and all Deltans for believing in the capacity of Governor Okowa's led administration and reelecting him for a second tenure which the Courts has affirmed.
"The victory of Governor Okowa and PDP at Appeal Court, is a victory for a Stronger Delta" and indeed all Deltans who voted for Gov. Okowa.
Once again I Congratulate His Excellency and Deltans.
